African Wildlife in Action! Mother Lioness Hunts Warthog

That male warthog was huge and those tusks are deadly…if the warthog had faced the lioness and fought instead of running, the lioness would have some injuries.

Because of hunger and the survival of her cub, the lioness would have still killed the warthog. Lioness are very patient with their cubs, cubs bites them, scratch them, jump all over them and mother lioness just stand there and takes it like a mom.

This is the well-known lioness Nyota (which means Brave in swahili lenguage) raising alone her only cub. She was filmed by the BBC few years ago, and she was able to raise her son to the adhulthood. It was a succesfull footage and a very moving story. Bless her!

She doesn’t have any anatomy knowledge but she knows exactly where to bite. Power of nature!
