Maasai Warrior Used Rudimentary Weapons to Drive Away the Lion King Protecting the Cattle

Masai are great warriors in East Africa. I have lived and worked in East Africa, even in the game parks many years. They are strong people, with strength and honor in the world as our best friends! Thank you very much!

Immense personal courage. The sort shown over hundreds of thousands of years that enabled Homo Sapiens to survive and become the dominant life form on earth. These brave men are protecting their livestock. They have a right to.

A group of guys chase a big male lion off its prey. Even a large pack of ravenously hungry hyenas will think twice about doing that. Respect to African warriors. Truly courageous men. Shows how men conquered wild beasts over a 100,000-year period. Co-operation. Intelligence. Courage. Sharp tools.

The lion had hunted their cow which has been their livestock… so those people chasing the lion to save the cow… even though if the cow was dead they can use the meat to feed their family… and those people are well educated in preserving the mother earth and nature. As a human, I’m proud to be the real king of the jungle.

It’s hilarious to read all comments defending the lion. These are ancient people. Who are you to decide what they should do and not when they live in the savannah surrounded by predators.

Wow the people in the comment section are dumb. That Lion was eating the Masai’s cattle. That animal belonged to the Masai, they use its milk and later it’s meat to feed their children.

That Lion killed their cattle, so the Masai went to kill him so he wouldn’t do it again. This isn’t Europe, this is the Savannah. The Masai have to compete with wild animals, such as Lions, for food and territory.
