The snow leopard was falling with his prey from a steep cliff in the Indian Himalayas, but he did not even consider letting it go any further. Instead, he rolled down on the steep stone, making it appear as though it would be impossible to survive such a fall.
However, as we can see how challenging its task was in order to get it, we can say that he deserved his prey.
That is some super powered stuff. They don’t even reason the injuries they could sustain in hunting their prey. And the fact that he survived that unscathed. And how he effortlessly runs along the mountains like it’s flat land. If you’re climbing mountains and this thing wants to get you, you’re just got.
Now that’s hunting with a purpose! Snow Leopard is AWESOME! For all of you who call yourselves hunters, take a good look at this perfect creature and the conviction it shows when struggling for survival! Humbling perspective in my opinion.
That video of the snow leopard knowingly jumping off a cliff rather than dying was the most insane wildlife video I have ever seen and probably ever will. We take too many things for granted. I was told the crew saw him a week later and seemed unphased. Immaculate
